Some orders will require an additional shipping charge. If your order requires an additional charge we will contact you to obtain your approval for the added amount. Standard Shipping and Handling Costs are determined according to the total cost of your order. Free Shipping

There are currently no “Free Shipping Coupons, or promotions.
Free shipping promotions (when active) are for orders placed in the 48 contiguous United States. These orders will incur normal international shipping charges for international orders.

We currently do not offer any free shipping promotions to any international orders at this time.

Free Shipping Return Policy:

Promotional Free Shipping returns may incur a restocking fee equal to, but not to exceed the actual shipping cost incurred for shipping the item, and returning the item in the event that it is returned.

Any order which did not qualify for free shipping will NOT incur any restocking fees.

Shipping Time

Please refer to the shipping time listed in our cart for each specific item that you order. Generally In-Stock items will usually ship out in 1-3 days from the date of your order, out of stock items will usually ship out in 1-3 weeks from the date of your order. Items which are shipped from other locations will usually ship out in 5-10 business days from the date of your order.

Please allow 1 – 5 business days for transit time once your item has shipped.

Due to the large variety of in-stock, and custom ordered merchandise our shipping times may vary between shipping the same business day for in-stock items and 4 – 6 weeks for custom ordered pieces.

Because we cannot predict what our workload will be, no GlamourDog employee can guarantee shipping faster than the listed availability unless expedited (RUSH DELIVERY) shipping is available, purchased, and processed while we are on the phone with our customer.

Shipping and Handling Cost

Overnight shipping is only available for non-custom items which are currently in-stock. In order to determine that an item is available for overnight shipping, please call us at 1.877.Glam.Dog to verify that the order can be filled in time.

Shipping and Handling Cost Exceptions for Returns

A re-stocking fee may be applied up to, but not to exceed the original shipping cost incurred by GlamourDog in the event of a return.

Address Correction Fees

GlamourDog is not responsible for packages which are labeled incorrectly. Orders which have been submitted to GlamourDog.com with incorrect address information and have not been corrected before they are shipped will incur a $5.00 charge for ground packages and $10.00 charge for air packages. Incorrect address information would include; missing apartment or suite number, wrong house number, missing company name, wrong zip, multiple addresses listed in the street field, or any other error which would render the package undeliverable resulting in it being either returned to us, or held for correct address information by the carrier. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. GlamourDog is not responsible for delayed delivery due to the wrong addresses. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy.

This fee is may be charged to us by FedEx, DHL, and UPS when packages are undeliverable due to lack of, or bad information in the address. This fee will be billed to the credit card the order was placed with. If you feel you have been charged this fee in error, please contact us so we may dispute the fee with the package delivery company. We appreciate your cooperation.

Stock Availability

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date. Back ordered items are shipped as soon as available.

Damaged Items and Lost Packages

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send a call tag to pick up the item from you. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.

Due to abuse, you must contact us within 45 days of order placement, if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.

UPS Ground Shipping from San Diego, CA

The following map is used only when calculating time in transit for Ground Packages shipped from our San Diego, CA location.

Many packages will not be shipped via UPS ground, also some packages may be shipped directly from warehouses based on our San Diego, CA inventory.
